Registry’s purpose of use:
The purpose of use for the Action Network registry is keeping in touch with the persons signing the Left Alliance appeal, and sending campaigning messages.

The data contents of the registry:
The registry contains the first and last names of the persons joining the mailing list, their email address and their local municipality. If a person joining the list announces this, also other information. 

The registry’s regular data sources:
Data can be obtained when persons join the mailing list.

Data relinquishment and connecting it to other registries:
The registry will not have information relinquished for external parties. The data can, however, be transferred as a part of the use of other services (such as email).

The services can be located partly outside the EU/ETA areas, and due to this, the use information related to the use of service can be transferred partially outside the US. A sufficient level of data seurity is ensured using the Privacy Shield arrangement or using the European Commission’s model template clauses.

Registry data storage and the maintenance of registry:
No manual materials. The registry information is located on a server with a limited access. The right to use the registry is only with the party’s operating personnel.

Correcting data:
The persons relinquishing the data can, at any time, ask the registry’s upholder to remove their data from the registry of fix faulty information.

Right to verify:
According to the personal data act, article 26, a person has the right to check the data saved on them to the personal registry. This can be performed by contacting the keeper of the registry.
